To assist families who have been victimized to gun violence, by providing educational resources & bereavement assistance.
By carrying on Raymond K. Jones' legacy, we envision assisting families in their time of bereavement & assisting students with getting an education.
The foundation was created in memory of Raymond K. Jones, who was a dedicated husband, loving father, hard worker and was known for his generosity and dedication to his loved ones.
After high school, he enlisted in the US Air Force and later attended college. On July 20, 1998, Raymond unfortunately lost his life to gun violence. As a result of his death, his family established the "Raymond K. Jones Foundation," in hopes to continue his legacy of service, by assisting students with getting an education and impacting the community.
